Who manages the community?

The community’s Board of Directors hires contractors to perform various maintenance.
The Members elect a Board of Directors, which makes the day-to-day decisions. This way, decisions may be made efficiently and in the best interest of the group.
- The Corporation contracts with a property management company to handle administrative and maintenance tasks to include rent collections, bill paying, etc. Much of our vehicle maintenance & repairs, as well as repairs of common areas is being performed by members volunteering their time to help keep our lot rents affordable.
- Contractors work under the direction of the Board.
