What’s the process for buying a home in Brittany Terrace?
Prospective home-buyers must secure approval from the Membership Committee and Board of Directors before moving in.
- First, agree to terms with the seller of the home and sign a Purchase and Sales Agreement.
- Second, immediately contact our Property Management Company, Asset Property Services (1065 Main St., Suite A, P.O. Box 664, Fishkill, NY 12524) at 845.896.8833 or frontdesk@assetpropertyservices.com to start the Membership Application process.
- Third, if you require home financing, arrange for a loan as you would for any other home.
- Finally, upon approval, payment of the $100 Membership Fee, a successful transaction with the seller, take the keys and start enjoying your new home and the stability and security that comes with living in a resident-owned community!
